Deacon (registered name Emory Dee) is the tease stallion here at Woodridge Farm. He does a very important job for us and in our appreciation for that we would love it if he could breed a mare or two of his own. He really is a wonderful guy and his job testifies to his marvelous temperament. He is registered with the Belgian Draft Horse Corporation and (I am told) has some pretty impressive bloodlines. Draft horse crosses are becoming very popular, especially for foxhunters and pleasure driving, so - if you have a mare you would like to breed to a very kind Belgian gentleman - contact us for details. Unfortunately, his semen does not cool well, so we can offer on-farm insemination only. Deacon is very rideable and also trained for driving. |
