Tequila - Premium Mare

Tequila, by Frohwind out of Turteltaubchen, was a premium filly with the remarkable score of 9.0! She went on to become a Premium Mare with a score of 105. She won the Mature Mares Under Saddle Materiale Class and went on to win the Mature Horse Under Saddle Reserve Championship at the Texas Dressage Classic April 2000. At the Green Country Classic she won both Training Level Classes with 68.636% and 77.083%. She also won the Training Level Hi-Point Award, Open Hi-Score and Hi-Score of the entire show! This lovely mare was the high score Premium Mare at our Oldenburg inspections and in 2001 she produced the Champion Colt of our Inspections - Wannabe by Wradar. Her subsequent fillies by Juventus and Arrian were also site Champions.   In 2007 she produced a beautiful, big moving filly by Wradar - a very flashy chestnut with blaze and four white socks. In 2008 - a lovely filly by Rienzi. This cross worked exceptionally well with her dam, producing the EMC Hanoverian mare, Roccoca WF who in 2006 was Reserve Champion 4 year old in the USEF National FEI Young Horse Championships and Reserve Champion 5 year old in 2007. Tequila's full sister, Tequini, also a Premium Mare and now owned by Jane Sommers has also produced outstanding foals and all have been either the Champion or Reserve Champion foal at their inspections. Tequila was Champion Non-Hanoverian mare with a score of 7.33 at the 2008 AHS Inspections and is now approved for Hanoverian breeding.
