DOUBLE FEATURE – PREMIUM OLDENBURG MARE

Double Feature, barn name "Scoobie", is our only daughter by Baron and she is a beautiful premium mare with a very kind temperament. She is a very good producer and a wonderful mother.  Her first foal, Dulcinae is now a jumper for her new junior owner in Connecticut.  She was the highest scoring mare at our 2002 Oldenburg inspections.  Double Entendre is also a beautiful young mare. She is now five and was Training Level Champion in 2004 in the USDF All- breeds Awards. She was a finalist in the National Young Horse Championships in Ky in 2005 and also competing at Second Level and Combined Driving. Like her dam and sister, she has the very best of temperaments. She was a premium foal and and was also the High Score mare at our 2003 inspections.  French Henry began competing as a four yeat old in 2005 under new owner Sharon Zaidins and trainer, Sabine Schut-Kerry. This team completed a successful year by winning the NABF for 4 year olds at Dressage at Devon in 2005. After three lovely foals by Frohwind we thought we should try something different and the 2002 foal, Wessex, is by Wradar.  He was also a premium colt and the Champion Colt at our inspections and is starting under saddle in 2005. He is a lovely, uphill mover and taking well to his new lifestyle.  Double Feature foaled a beautiful Wradar filly in 2003, Double Impact, and she is now owned by Alex Leary, MN. Double Feature had a filly by Frohwind in 2004 - Double Scoop,  and in 2005 - Double Take. In 2006 she had a premium colt by Frohwind - Feature and in 2007 a colt by Coconut Grove xx for Terry North, IA under our Cutom Breeding Program. This colt was Champion Colt at our 2007 inspections. Double Feature will again be available for outside breeding in 2008.
